Having gained an intimate knowledge of the capital markets he understands how the companies going public find it difficult to comprehend all the various aspects and complexities of the process. He has very good relations with leading stock-market intermediaries. This is where his expertise and acumen comes handy.

CA Garima Aggarwal
An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, she has hands-on experience in auditing and financial planning of large corporates and multinationals. She has worked with PwC India for 3 years. Currently, she is associated with a multinational bank.
